smartclaw is currently offered by device scale. The final payable amount, currency, taxes, discounts, and available payment methods are the details shown in Paddle Checkout or on the order page before payment.
- Free: $0 per month, suitable for testing and small use, includes up to 2 devices.
- Starter: $19 per month, includes up to 20 devices.
- Growth: $49 per month, includes up to 50 devices, with additional devices billed at $1 per device per month.
- Pro: $149 per month, includes up to 200 devices.
- Enterprise: $299 per month, supports unlimited devices and unlimited locations, with priority support.
2. Annual Billing
If you choose annual billing, smartclaw may offer an annual discount equivalent to one month free. The exact discount, dates, and eligible plans are the details shown on the checkout page or order document before payment.
3. Information Shown Before Payment
Before payment, we or Paddle Checkout will show the product or service name, price, currency, billing cycle, whether renewal is automatic, applicable taxes, discounts, total amount, and important terms. Review the order before paying. If checkout information conflicts with a written quote, contact us before paying.
4. Paddle Payment Processing
We may use Paddle for checkout, payment processing, subscription management, taxes, invoices, and buyer support. For transactions completed through Paddle, Paddle may act as merchant of record for the relevant digital product or service and may collect payments, calculate taxes, issue receipts or invoices, and handle payment risk, refunds, and disputes.
Your bank or payment statement may show Paddle, Paddle.com, or a related merchant name. Paddle-supported payment methods may vary by country, currency, risk review, and product type.
5. Taxes
Applicable VAT, sales tax, GST, or other transaction taxes may be calculated and displayed by Paddle at checkout based on your billing address, tax location, product type, and legal requirements. If you have a valid tax ID or exemption, provide it before completing payment.
6. Subscriptions and Auto-Renewal
If you buy a subscription, the checkout page or order document will show the renewal cycle and amount. Unless you cancel before the next renewal date, the subscription may renew automatically and charge the original payment method. If renewal pricing changes, we will provide notice as required by law or contract.
7. Cancellation, Upgrades, and Downgrades
You may request cancellation, upgrade, or downgrade through the account page or our support channel. smartclaw subscription cancellation may take effect immediately, as shown in the account page, Paddle checkout, or order document. Fee adjustments for upgrades, downgrades, or cancellation are governed by the checkout page, quote, or written confirmation.
8. Failed or Overdue Payment
If payment fails, becomes overdue, or is reversed, we may ask you to update the payment method and may suspend or limit service after reasonable notice. You remain responsible for fees, taxes, and reasonable collection costs that have already accrued and were not cancelled.
9. Refunds and Disputes
